At first I was thinking that I shouldn’t hit you with two soccer features in the same day, but it’s on my mind thanks to the World Cup, so I dug up some more awesome images to share with you. This gallery is of some 1960’s Inter and AC Milan Soccer Clubs.
Like the 1974 World Cup feature, I’m doing this one because of the images; specifically the uniforms. Inter is wearing the blue and black stripes and AC is the red and black. The jerseys with the Italian flag patches are pretty incredible and these early 1960’s soccer images also have some great color and enough grain to add to the romance. It also looks like they played their games in the rolling hills of the Italian countryside. This is some pretty good stuff.
